Privacy Policy

We appreciate your visit to our website and your interest. In certain cases, we may ask you to provide personal information.

Modern information and communication technologies are playing an increasingly important role in Internet activities. We therefore take the protection of your privacy and the personal data you provide to us very seriously. Compliance with the applicable data protection regulations is a matter of course for us. Below we inform you about which data we may collect and how we handle it.

What personal data is collected and processed?

You can visit our websites without us requiring any personal data from you. We only learn the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us and the websites you visit on our site. Personal data is only collected and processed if you use certain services. You will then be informed about this in detail.

For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?

As we are constantly striving to improve both our services and your experience with our website in a continuous process, the above-mentioned general data is evaluated statistically. However, we are also interested in your personal opinion and your environment. For this reason, you may be asked for additional information in certain places. This information is voluntary and will of course be treated confidentially.

If you make use of services, we generally only collect the data required to provide these services. Any further data we request is voluntary information. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested service.

Is personal data passed on to third parties?

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to provide the requested service. Furthermore, we will not disclose, transfer, sell or otherwise market your personal data to other companies or institutions without your explicit consent. This does not apply if we are legally obliged or required by a court order to disclose and transfer the data.

Minors

Personal data from children or young people is not knowingly collected or used in any form. As a rule, we do not know the age of visitors to our website. However, we have not taken any specific measures to provide special protection for such data.

We reserve the right to change this statement at any time. It does not constitute a contractual or other formal right towards or on behalf of any party.

Right to information, objection and complaint

You can obtain information about your data stored by us at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons. Under certain circumstances, you can request the blocking, correction or deletion of your data stored by us. You may also revoke your consent to the collection and use of your data at any time without giving reasons or object to the processing of your data.

Please contact the address stated in the imprint for this purpose.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia.

We will gladly answer any further questions you may have regarding our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data.

This website uses “YouTube”, which allows you to use YouTube services when accessing it. When accessing the site, the privacy policy of the respective page applies. The current privacy information about YouTube and additional information can be found on the following website: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the website operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Application process

We take the protection of your data very seriously. Application documents receive special protection and we strive to treat them in accordance with the provisions of the EU GDPR. For this purpose, we have set up the mailbox bewerbung@rafflenbeul.de exclusively for applications. Only a limited group of people has access to this mailbox and it is not included in our automatic archiving or backups.

We ask that you use only this mailbox for applications sent by email. Please note that emails are generally not transmitted in encrypted form and that you must ensure the necessary encryption yourself. We therefore cannot assume responsibility for the transmission path of your application and recommend sending it by post in case of doubt.

Please note: Applications sent to any other email address will be deleted immediately without consideration. This also applies in particular to unsolicited applications.

Applicant data is processed only for the purpose of and within the scope of the application process. This processing takes place in order to fulfil our (pre-)contractual obligations within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) EU GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU GDPR insofar as data processing is necessary for us.

The application process requires applicants to provide their data. The scope of the data results from the job descriptions. This generally includes personal information, contact data and the attached application documents (e.g. cover letter, CV, diplomas and certificates). Applicants may voluntarily provide additional information.

By submitting their application documents, applicants consent to the processing of their data within the scope of the application process. In the event of a successful application, the data transmitted may be further processed for the purposes of the employment relationship. Otherwise, the applicant’s data will be deleted.

Deletion takes place after a period of three to a maximum of six months. This allows us to answer any follow-up questions within the framework of a proper application process and to fulfil our obligations to provide evidence under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Applicant data will also be deleted if an application is withdrawn – applicants are entitled to do so at any time. If special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 EU GDPR are communicated or requested during the application process, their processing will additionally be carried out in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b) EU GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a) EU GDPR.
