Production & Process
Our production expertise is the basis for safe, high-quality fastening solutions. With an integrated process covering wire processing, toolmaking, punching, surface grinding, heat treatment and surface finishing, we produce precision washers, tension pins, pins and screw locks made to measure.

Our Technologies
Punching & embossing
Using state-of-the-art production facilities, we manufacture flat and profile discs as well as customised punched and formed parts – precisely according to customer specifications or standard requirements.
Grinding
We ensure maximum precision in double-surface grinding – especially for discs with very tight tolerance specifications.
Heat treatment
Our heat-treated components meet the CQI specifications of the automotive industry and thus the highest demands in terms of hardness, spring force and continuous load – tailored to the material, application and customer specifications.
Surface treatment & finishing
Whether vibratory grinding, trowalising, pickling, mechanical zinc plating, phosphating or special coatings – we make connecting parts durable, corrosion-resistant and easy to assemble.
Toolmaking
Our in-house toolmaking department ensures maximum precision and flexibility for new developments. We develop and build the tools in-house according to individual drawing specifications.
Testing laboratory
Our own testing laboratory guarantees documented quality – including test reports and measurement protocols.
Packaging
For small series and low quantities, we pack items individually in VCI bags, ready for assembly in kits or loose in large cardboard boxes. Corrosion-protected solutions ensure safe storage and transport.
Wire drawing
Our subsidiary VOLME-DRAHT GmbH supplies exactly the wire you need – in consistently high quality, diameters from 2.5 to 36 mm and with short-term availability.
